FabEx, Inc uses edge rolling and skiving in custom metal fabrication to remove burrs from material and create a smoother, safer edge. While edge rolling helps refine the material’s edge, skiving creates a more rounded finish.

Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities include a 14-foot shear that can handle up to .375-inch mild steel, .250-inch stainless steel and .50-inch aluminum.

Our custom metal fabrication capabilities include a 20-foot, 250-ton press brake and an 18-foot, 400-ton press brake. We also have smaller press brakes available, allowing us to handle a wide range of bending and forming needs.

As custom metal fabricators, we create metal products and components based on each customer's specific needs. Every project is custom, allowing us to fabricate parts, pieces, and solutions that match your requirements.
